CCMC is seeking a skilled Community Manager to lead onsite community operations and foster a resident-centric environment. You will drive initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with governing documents while collaborating with residents, the board, and staff.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to integrity and service. A bachelor’s degree or related certification is preferred, with CAM licensing requirements varying by state.

Qualifications

• 3+ years onsite community management or HOA experience.
• Bachelor's degree or certifications in a related field preferred.
• CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia within 90 days; in all other states it may be required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive Community Initiatives and oversee daily operations.
• Lead and mentor the onsite team to achieve goals and performance development.
• Advise the board on long term planning and policy with focus on resident experience.
