Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Community Manager in Utah to lead daily operations, oversee assets and vendors, and ensure financial accountability in line with governing documents. You will collaborate with board members and residents to drive community initiatives and maintain a high standard of resident service.

The role requires 3+ years of onsite HOA experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and CCMC values integrity, respect, service, and community while enabling growth and development within the team.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of onsite community management experience (HOA).
• Bachelor’s degree or certifications in a related field (highly preferred).
• CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia; within 90 days in all other states.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure alignment with CCMC’s mission.
• Oversee assets, vendors, and resources while ensuring governing document compliance.
• Manage budgets, prepare variance reports, and implement board directives.
• Develop risk management programs and long-term planning.
• Lead and mentor the onsite team, focusing on delegation and performance.
