Job summary

Kairoi is seeking a Community Director to oversee a multifamily community, drive resident satisfaction, lead a high-performing team, and ensure financial and operational goals are met. You will recruit and develop staff, manage budgets and NOI, supervise maintenance, and implement marketing strategies to attract residents, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in the multifamily industry or related hospitality.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team for 2+ years.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial management knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and regular check-ins.
• Foster a positive work environment and empower team members.
• Manage budget preparation, financial reporting, and NOI optimization.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Oversee upkeep of property, including landscaping and maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
