Thrive Communities in Seattle, WA is seeking a full-time Property Accountant/Accounts Payable Specialist to manage income collection, AP, and resident relations for our communities. Focus on accuracy, timely payments, and leasing support.

Requires 2+ years in property management, experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site, and familiarity with LIHTC or MFTE programs. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in property management or equivalent, including leasing and customer service.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site systems.
• Accounts Payable experience or paying invoices.
• Affordable housing experience preferred (LIHTC, MFTE, ARCH).

Responsibilities

• Income collection and accounts payable duties with accurate resident records.
• Manage notices, deposits, and timely payments; reconcile credit cards.
• Support resident relations and leasing, including move-outs and retention.
• Oversee marketing postings, ads, and tenant communications.
• Handle daily administrative reports and paperwork.
