Job summary

Thrive Communities seeks a full-time on-site Property Manager in Seattle to oversee income collection, resident relations, and leasing activities. You will manage payments, notices, deposits, and vacancy handling while collaborating with maintenance and leasing teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property management, experience with Yardi/CRM, and strong customer service skills. This in-person role offers full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in property management or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site.
• Accounts payable experience or prior experience reviewing and paying invoices.
• Affordable housing experience (LIHTC, MFTE, ARCH).

Responsibilities

• Income Collection & Accounts Payable: maintain resident records and process deposits and payments.
• Resident Relations: foster community and inspect properties for maintenance needs.
• Marketing: manage ads, greet prospects, show units and respond to inquiries.
• Administrative: file reports, process leases, and manage move-ins/outs.
• General: perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
