Emerge Living in Spring, TX is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to help run a multifamily property under the Community Manager’s guidance. You’ll handle rent collection, resident relations, and weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual communications.

The role emphasizes proactive service, responsive problem solving, and maintaining financial health. You’ll interact with residents and staff, support leasing, renewals, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily operations experience.
• Understanding of Fair Housing requirements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards in Lead Management Software.
• Assist applicants with applications and deposits.
• Manage rental collections and enforce lease terms.
• Show apartments and close sales, prepare move-ins.
• Handle lease renewals and move-outs.
• Respond to resident questions and resolve service issues.
