Job summary

Skyglass Apartments in Seattle is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager by handling accounting, rent collection, invoicing, and monthly close reports. You will work with the onsite team to maintain financial accuracy and strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Yardi/OneSite software highly desired but not required.
• Being financially savvy; previous experience in creating/adhering to budgets, fiscal reporting.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing daily bank deposits and processing invoices and payables.
• Assist the leasing team in touring apartments with prospects both virtual leasing and in-person tours.
• Reviewing and submitting invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers for payment.
• Process resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements and processing the disposition.
• Respond to resident questions and requests in a timely manner and resolve service issues.
• Act as on-site supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager while coordinating maintenance and make-ready tasks.
