Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs.

Responsibilities

• Uses a person-centered approach to build relationships with residents.
• Develops monthly calendars with residents based on their shared interests.
• Collaborates with community leadership to plan and execute special events.
• Plans and schedules meaningful resident engagement outside the community, including driving a community vehicle.
