Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Resident Engagement Coordinator to coordinate and execute programs for residents. You will develop monthly calendars in partnership with residents and work with the community leadership team to plan events that enrich daily living and promote social engagement.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to drive when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs for adults.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license; CDL may be required depending on community needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and execute community programs and resident activities.
• Develop and manage a monthly calendar of events with residents.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute special events.
• Schedule meaningful engagement opportunities for residents, including community driving when needed.
