Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Resident Event & Lifestyle Coordinator in Tampa to support day-to-day community management and resident retention. You will work closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to assist in move-ins, event creation, and coordination of programs for residents.

You will also assist with communications, resident engagement, and marketing efforts to promote community activities and services.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating resident events and programs.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple teams including management and sales.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents and assists with tours as needed.
• Answer phone calls and route to the appropriate team member.
• Manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Ensure amenities are tour ready and maintained.
• Develop and execute events and programs with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain local information and relationships with vendors and concierges.
• Monitor Lifestyle email and coordinate timely responses.
• Create monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers for residents.
• Support adherence to sales and marketing program standards.
• Assist in budgeting and expense management for activities.
