Job summary

Greystar in Sarasota, FL seeks a Resident Event & Lifestyle Coordinator to support day-to-day community management, assist with move-ins, and help create and coordinate resident events and programs. The role collaborates with Community Managers and Sales Consultants on marketing initiatives and resident engagement.

You will greet residents, assist tours, handle calls, manage packages, prepare amenities, and develop engaging programs.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Assists with tours as needed.
• Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance, and assists with completed service request call backs as necessary.
• Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and manages and monitors the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.
• Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours.
• Ensures all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use.
• Utilizes amenity space to develop and execute innovative, creative, and dynamic events, services, and programs.
• Maintains relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses and offers recommendations to residents on services.
• Monitors and responds to Lifestyle e-mail and coordinates with the Lifestyle Team to ensure timely responses and marketing of events and initiatives.
• Creates and produces the monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers with activities and events and submits items for Resident Portal postings.
• Supports Greystar sales and marketing program standards and participates in achieving benchmarks.
• Provides input into budgets for planned activities and resident retention and helps manage expenses to budget.
