Greystar is seeking a Resident Lifestyle Coordinator in Jacksonville, FL to support day-to-day community management, drive resident retention, and assist with tours and events. You will collaborate with the Community Manager and Leasing Consultants on move-ins, programs, and sales/marketing activities to enhance resident experience.

The role involves coordinating events, managing communications, and preparing activity calendars, while contributing to budget considerations and ensuring amenities

Qualifications

• Greet prospects and residents, assist with tours and inquiries.
• Answer calls, route to team members, and handle service callbacks.
• Maintain schedule for guest suites, loading dock, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Develop and deliver monthly calendars, newsletters, and resident postings.
