Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Residential Lifestyle Coordinator to support day-to-day community operations and drive resident retention. You will collaborate with the Community Manager and Leasing Consultants to assist move-ins, plan programs and events, and support sales and marketing initiatives.

This role emphasizes guest services, scheduling, amenity preparation, vendor relations, and delivering engaging resident experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and assists with tours as needed.
• Answers phone calls, routes calls to the right team member and assists with service request callbacks.
• Maintains the guest suite schedule and manages loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins/outs.
• Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Ensures amenities are tour-ready and prepared for resident use.
• Develops and executes innovative events and programs and tracks outcomes with metrics.
