• Greets prospects and residents, assists with tours.
• Answers calls and routes to team members.
• Maintains guest suite schedule and move-in logistics.
• Manages packages and informs residents of deliveries.
• Ensures amenities are ready for resident use.
• Develops and executes events and programs with metrics.
• Keeps local area recommendations for residents.
• Monitors lifestyle email responses and marketing outreach.
• Prepares monthly calendar, newsletters, and flyers.
• Supports sales and marketing program standards.
• Assists with budgeting for activities and retention.
