Greystar is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator for a Naples community to support day-to-day operations, assist with move-ins, and coordinate resident events and programs. You will work closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to drive retention and contribute to marketing initiatives.

The role involves guest services, scheduling, budgeting input, and collaboration across teams, with onsite housing discounts and comprehensive benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents and assists with tours as needed.
• Answers phone calls, routes inquiries, and assists with service request callbacks.
• Maintains the guest suite schedule and manages move-in/move-out loading dock/elevator schedules.
• Manages all package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours.
• Ensures amenities are tour ready and uses spaces for events and programs.
