Greystar in Tampa, FL seeks a Resident Event & Lifestyle Coordinator to support day-to-day community management, drive resident retention, and work with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants on move-ins, programs, and events.

This role coordinates tours, handles inquiries, maintains calendars, coordinates amenities, and partners with local vendors; it also contributes to budgets, marketing efforts, and resident communications to create engaging experiences.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or events is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Answers phone calls, routes calls, and assists with completed service request callbacks.
• Maintains the guest suite schedule and manages the loading dock/elevator schedule for move-ins/outs.
• Manages all package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours.
• Ensures amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use.
• Utilizes amenity space to develop and execute events and programs with outcomes and metrics.
• Keeps local area information and maintains relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses.
• Monitors Lifestyle Email and coordinates timely responses and marketing of events and initiatives.
• Creates and distributes the monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers; submits items for Resident Portal.
• Participates in ensuring Greystar sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are met.
• Provides input into budgets related to planned activities and resident retention; manages expenses to budget.
