Job summary

Greystar in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Resident Event & Lifestyle Coordinator to support daily community operations, move-ins, and resident programming. You will assist the Community Manager and Sales Consultants with tours, inquiries, and events to boost resident satisfaction and retention.

You will coordinate calendars, newsletters, and resident communications while cultivating relationships with local vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents and assists with tours as needed.
• Answers phone calls, routes inquiries, and follows up on service requests.
• Maintains guest suite and manages move-in/move-out schedules.
• Manages package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours.
• Prepares amenities for resident use and coordinates events.
• Develops and executes innovative resident programs and measures outcomes.
• Maintains local area information and relationships with concierge vendors.
• Monitors Lifestyle Email and coordinates marketing for events and initiatives.
• Produces monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers; posts items to Resident Portal.
• Supports sales/marketing program standards and budget planning.
