Responsibilities include coordinating newsletters, resident events, handling service requests, and assisting with leasing while maintaining policy compliance and a positive resident relation.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Must have basic working knowledge in computer skills.
• High reasoning ability and logical problem solving.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
• Punctual and reliable with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident communications regarding lease questions and service requests.
• Plan and oversee resident events; coordinate newsletters and calendars.
• Assist Leasing duties as needed and update advertising.
• Monitor budgets, events, and facility usage; ensure safety compliance.
• Provide timely, informative responses to residents and guests.
