Job summary

Sudberry Properties, Inc. in San Diego is seeking a Lifestyle/Resident Relations Coordinator to support the General Manager with daily resident functions, events, and marketing. You will enhance resident satisfaction, coordinate events, and manage community communications.

You will plan and promote resident activities, monitor social channels, assist with leasing related tasks, and collaborate with vendors while maintaining a high level of customer service and organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor or Associates degree preferred.
• 1+ years experience in residential event planning and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, promotes, attends, and executes resident events.
• Develops and maintains positive rapport with residents, vendors, and local businesses.
• Oversees social media sites; monitors and promotes community online reputation.
• Markets the property and implements outreach marketing plans.
• Manages move-in/out processes, leases, and related administrative tasks.
