Bridge Property Management is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator in Carlsbad, CA, to serve as the Ambassador to residents. This part-time role offers potential growth into a full-time position as the team evolves.

The role entails office administration, coordinating resident requests, collaborating with the maintenance team, data entry, and planning community events. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• 6 months of service industry or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and develop relationships quickly.
• Ability to operate office technology including phones, scanners, copiers, and printers.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and adaptability to change.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform office administrative functions.
• Coordinate resident requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Work with the maintenance team to resolve service requests.
• Input information into computer systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Arrange and plan various resident events and community classes.
• Assist in planning and executing resident engagement functions.
• Assist with Leasing Procedures.
• Assist with Prospect Tours.
• Follow Bridge policies and procedures and comply with Fair Housing, state, and federal laws.
• Follow all safety procedures and notify supervisor of any safety hazards.
• Complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
