Job summary

Sudberry Properties, Inc. is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator in San Diego to support the General Manager with daily resident functions, events, and customer service.

You will plan and execute resident events, manage communications, social media, newsletters, and coordinate marketing and outreach. The role requires flexibility to work weekends/evenings/holidays and experience in residential events and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, promote, attend, and execute resident events.
• Develop and maintain rapport with residents and local businesses.
• Oversee social media sites and online reputation.
• Create and distribute community newsletters.
• Assist with day-to-day resident services and move-in experiences.
• Handle mail/receipts and respond to resident needs.
• Support retention through community events and marketing efforts.
• Participate in required training and comply with company policies.
