Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to support daily community management and resident retention. You will assist with move-ins, plan events, coordinate programs, and contribute to sales and marketing efforts alongside the Community Manager and Sales Consultants.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, managing inquiries, arranging tours, coordinating calendars and newsletters, and ensuring amenities and vendor relationships are well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate programs and events.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents and assist with tours as needed.
• Answer calls, route to team members, and assist with service request callbacks.
• Maintain guest suite and move-in/move-out schedules; monitor loading dock/elevator schedules.
• Manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Ensure amenities are tour ready and assist with events and programs.
• Develop and track outcomes and metrics for programs and events.
• Maintain local area recommendations and relationships with vendors.
• Monitor Lifestyle email and coordinate with Lifestyle Team on timely responses.
• Create monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers; post to Resident Portal.
• Support sales/marketing program standards and budgeting input for activities and retention.
