Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to support daily community management, assist with move-ins, events, and sales/marketing support for the community. You will work closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to deliver resident-centric programs.

The role focuses on guest services, event planning, and communications to enhance resident retention and satisfaction within a vibrant leasing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest-focused service in a busy leasing or community setting.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute resident events and programs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with residents and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents; assist with tours and referrals as needed.
• Schedule guest suites, move-ins, and manage parcel deliveries for residents.
• Create and manage monthly calendars, newsletters, and event flyers.
• Coordinate events, programs, and resident engagement activities to drive retention.
• Monitor emails and market events to residents; assist in budget tracking.
