Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to lead the creation and execution of community events and programming. You will collaborate with the Communications Associate to develop content for our community channels and manage the annual activity budget to deliver engaging experiences for residents.

You will build partnerships with local organizations, supervise the amenity center, and help shape policies. A strong ability to speak publicly and work with a resident board is essential.

Qualifications

• Work onsite full-time Monday–Friday with possible evenings, weekends or holidays for events.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism or community development preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, driving record and background check.

Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive community event and programming calendar for residents.
• Collaborate with Communications Associate on community content for website, newsletters, and social media.
• Produce and maintain an annual budget for activity income and expenses.
• Establish partnerships with local organizations for residents and the community.
• Oversee amenity center operations including rentals.
• Develop and implement general policies and procedures.
• Coordinate community clubs and committees.
• Foster a strong relationship with the Board of Directors.
• Be comfortable with public speaking and engagement.
