Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to lead community events and programming in a new-home community in Texas. You will partner with residents, the board, and local organizations to create engaging experiences that connect people and enhance the resident experience.

The role requires onsite work, full-time hours, and a mix of events, communications, and administrative duties. A bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related field.
• 2 years of professional experience creating and managing communications.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a comprehensive community events and programming calendar.
• Collaborate on content for community communications (website, newsletters, social media).
• Produce and manage annual budgets for activities.
• Build partnerships with local organizations and businesses for residents.
• Oversee amenity center operations including rentals.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Perform administrative duties.
• Support community clubs, groups and committees.
• Foster a strong relationship with the Board of Directors.
• Contribute to public speaking and engagement efforts.
