Job summary

CCMC, a community management company, is seeking a Lifestyle Director to plan and execute engaging events and programming for residents. You will work onsite at the Fort Worth community, collaborating with residents and local partners.

The role emphasizes creating memorable experiences, managing communications across channels, overseeing the amenity center, and partnering with the Board of Directors to uphold CCMC's values of integrity, respect, service, and community.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
• 2 years of experience creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism, or community development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote and execute a comprehensive community events calendar.
• Develop content for community communications (website, newsletters, social media).
• Produce, maintain and follow an annual budget for activity income and expenses.
• Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses to benefit residents.
• Oversee the operation of the amenity center including rentals.
• Develop and implement general policies and procedures.
• Administrative duties and coordination of clubs, groups, and committees.
• Build a strong, professional relationship with the Board of Directors.
• Public speaking and engagement with residents.
