ACCESS | MANAGEMENT ∙ REALTY ∙ MAINTENANCE ∙ LIFESTYLE seeks a Lifestyle Director to lead the social heartbeat of our premier resort community. You will design and execute a diverse calendar of events, youth activities, and multigenerational programs that turn neighbors into family.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience leading large groups and events.
• Backgrounds in Youth Ministry, Athletic Coaching, Camp Directing, Parks & Recreation, or Hospitality preferred.
• Excellent public speaking and crowd-welcoming skills.
• Strong organizational skills and calendar management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, and execute large-scale social events.
• Develop multigenerational programs bridging gaps for children, teens, adults, and seniors.
• Recruit, train, and guide resident volunteers and committees.
• Create monthly communications and social media content to drive participation.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors; oversee the programming budget.
• Oversee clubhouse and recreation spaces to ensure safety and readiness for daily use.
