Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Community Manager to protect and enhance community value and maximize residents' living experience through effective coordination of operations.

The role directs loss prevention, maintenance, marketing, leasing and daily administration, with a focus on cash flow, budgeting and lease management to achieve annual goals. This full-time exempt position includes benefits and a competitive Colorado salary range.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in property management with leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Strong knowledge of property management software; Entrata preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to analyze a monthly financial statement and prepare budgets/forecasts.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Independent project leadership and team collaboration, including remote work.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Responsabilités

• Maintain positive client-oriented attitude with residents and team.
• Strive to improve community performance to meet financial/operational goals.
• Direct day-to-day activities of loss prevention, safety, maintenance, marketing, leasing and upkeep.
• Develop income by managing cash flow and leasing strategy.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variances; manage receivables.
• Maintain accurate community files and lease data in management software.
• Coordinate revenue collection following lease obligations.
• Engage, contract, supervise and approve invoices for goods/services.
• Lead on-site maintenance, leasing and office staff.
• Manage resident relations and maintenance requests.
• Participate in Cardinal U training.
