You will lead on-site maintenance, leasing, marketing and safety programs, supervise staff, and analyze monthly financials to meet annual goals. Strong communication and four years’ experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Four years of property management experience with leasing, marketing, construction, and resident relations.
• Entrata experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and prepare budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of loss prevention, risk management, safety, maintenance, marketing, leasing and facility upkeep.
• Develop leasing strategy to maximize income and occupancy.
• Analyze and produce monthly financial statements and variances.
• Maintain accurate community files and audits for lease data.
• Coordinate revenues and vendor invoices for property needs.
• Manage on-site staff and supervise leasing team.
• Oversee resident relations and repairs coordination.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
