Qualifications

• Four years’ experience in property management, with leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google platform.
• Ability to analyze a monthly financial statement and prepare detailed budgets and forecasts.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude with team members, residents, clients, and the public.
• Strive to improve community performance to meet financial and operational goals.
• Direct day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety, maintenance, marketing, leasing, and facility upkeep.
• Develop income by managing cash flow and leasing strategy.
• Analyze and produce monthly financials including variances from budget and receivables.
