Cardinal Community Management in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Community Manager (Full-Time, Exempt) to protect, maintain and enhance living value for residents while directing daily operations of the property.

The role requires strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, budgets and resident relations, with at least four years in property management. Eligible for company benefits including health, vision, dental, and retirement plans, plus housing allowances.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years’ experience in property management and strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, and resident relations.
• Working knowledge of property management software, Entrata preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platforms.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude with residents, clients, and staff.
• Aim to improve community performance to meet annual financial and operational goals.
• Direct day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety, maintenance, leasing and upkeep.
• Develop income by managing cash flow and leasing strategy.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and manage variances from budget.
• Maintain accurate community files and ensure lease data is correctly entered.
• Coordinate revenues following lease obligations and oversee invoices for required services.
• Lead on-site maintenance, leasing staff and property team.
• Manage resident relations, repairs requests, rent charges, and lease issues.
