Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with focus on satisfaction and retention.
• Answer calls professionally and act as liaison with residents, guarantors and vendors.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.
• Greet prospective clients, present property, and close leases.
• Oversee renewal campaigns and maintain renewal reports.
• Maintain accurate client records and daily reports.
