Capital Consultants Management Corporation seeks an onsite Community Events Manager to oversee resident-focused programming for a master-planned community.

You will craft and execute a comprehensive events calendar, develop communications, and manage the annual budget. You’ll build partnerships, supervise the amenity center, and collaborate with the Board to deliver engaging programs for residents.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in event planning or recreation programming.
• Experience creating and managing communications.
• Ability to work onsite with residents and board.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a calendar of community events.
• Develop content for newsletters, website, and social media.
• Manage annual budget for activities and expenses.
• Establish partnerships with local orgs and businesses.
• Oversee amenity center operations and rentals.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Support for community clubs and committees.
• Build strong relationships with the Board of Directors.
• Public speaking and resident engagement.
