Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Lifestyle Director to plan, promote, and execute community events and programs that engage residents and strengthen partnerships. You’ll collaborate with the Communications Associate to craft content for websites, newsletters, and social channels while maintaining an annual activity budget.

You’ll work onsite, engaging with residents, boards, and volunteers, and you’ll help shape policies, coordinate clubs, and build strong community

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism or community development preferred.
3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related field.
2 years in creating and managing communications; strong collaboration with board and volunteers.

Responsibilities

Create and manage a comprehensive community events calendar and programming schedule.
Develop content for community communications: website, newsletters, social media.
Plan and track an annual activity budget with visibility to residents and the Board.
Build partnerships with local organizations and businesses for resident benefit.
Oversee amenity center operations including rentals and policies.
Support clubs, groups and committees; foster board relations; public speaking readiness.
