Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a dynamic, community-focused professional to work with the Lifestyle Director to foster resident partnerships and plan events and programming that enhance the resident experience.

You will engage in content creation for newsletters and social channels, support the amenity center operations, welcome new residents, and coordinate clubs and groups while maintaining strong relationships with volunteers and the resident board.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related experience
• 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism or community development preferred
• Must be able to work full-time hours that include some nights, weekends and holidays
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, promoting and executing a comprehensive community event and programming calendar for residents
• Engage in content creation for community communications – website, newsletters, promotional materials, social media
• Support the operations of the amenity center
• Welcome and assist with new resident experience
• Provide support for club and group management
• Administrative duties including vendor management, payment processing, and supporting overall community communications
