Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support operations for our Columbus scattered-site investment portfolio, comprising over 100 multi-family properties in Grandview, Short North, Dublin, German Village, and OSU campus areas. Starting pay is up to $20/hr.

You will be the primary contact for residents, coordinate with Leasing, Maintenance, and Management teams, and help with lease changes, payments, and maintenance requests while ensuring a high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or resident-facing roles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable using technology, property management software, email, and other office systems.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality customer service.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and prospect communications via phone, email, and other channels.
• Resolve routine concerns, coordinate with Leasing, Maintenance, and Management teams, and track requests to resolution.
• Assist residents with lease alterations, move-ins, move-outs, renewals, payments, and maintenance coordination.
• Receive prospect inquiries and coordinate follow-up with the Leasing team.
• Conduct proactive resident outreach to enhance the resident experience and relationships.
• Support day-to-day property operations across customer service, administrative, leasing, and maintenance coordination functions.
• Assist with special projects including lease audits, utility management, new property onboarding, student property turnover, and other initiatives.
