Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in multi-family property management with supervision.
• Strong leadership and initiative; willingness to take on responsibility.
• Ability to think quickly and manage crises in a charged environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in planning, organization, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site teams' administrative operations (AP, evictions, collections, billing, data management, close-out).
• Audit rents, deposits, and application fees; ensure recordkeeping and reporting are met.
• Minimize delinquency by following collection procedures; provide weekly/monthly reviews to RVP/PM/APM.
• Monitor vendor relations, contracts, scheduling, and insurance compliance.
• Approve and process invoices; monitor expenses and third-party payments.
• Review monthly financial statements for each community; be prepared to appear in court when needed.
• Supervise, train, develop, and mentor staff; plan and direct work; hire as needed.
