Job summary

The JOY FM is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support resident engagement and frontline office operations. You will answer incoming calls, assist residents with maintenance requests, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, and promote clear communication between residents, owners, and the company.

You should have proven receptionist or customer service experience in property management, strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of housing laws, and proficiency with leasing

Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist or customer service within property management is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local housing provisions and federal fair housing laws.
• Proficiency in leasing/property management software.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and handling resident inquiries.
• Provide customer service and clear communication with residents and owners.
• Assist property manager with daily tasks and administrative duties.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes and related paperwork.
• Support NSF, collections, and leasing/financial processes as needed.
