Job summary

JMC, a leading real estate firm in New England, seeks a Resident Relations Coordinator to support property operations and strengthen resident relationships within a safety-conscious community. This role emphasizes customer service, communication, and coordination across maintenance and management teams.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate inspections, and manage administrative tasks while contributing to a welcoming, inclusive environment and ongoing resident programs and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience working with diverse populations and handling sensitive or complex situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between management, maintenance, local agencies, and law enforcement while supporting overall community operations
• Enforce lease compliance through inspections, police log reviews, and resident engagement; document and address violations as needed
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling, unit inspections, pest control services, and resident communications
• Provide front-line customer service by handling inquiries, directing residents and visitors, and supporting day-to-day office operations
• Maintain administrative functions, including recordkeeping, incident reporting, and processing accommodation requests, while collaborating with on-site staff to support resident programs and events
