Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Assist with renewals, rent collection, service requests and communications.
• Foster resident retention through positive day-to-day interactions.
• Schedule and conduct move-in/move-out inspections and orientations.
• Coordinate move-in orientations and promote a positive resident experience.
• Manage inventory of leasing materials and move-in amenities.
• Support Leasing Coordinator duties as needed for the property.
• Assist with resident events and community-wide communications.
