Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance teams in apartment communities.
• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge required.
• Property management software experience is a plus.
• Strong contractor and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to complete work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate resident work orders within 24 hours.
• Perform regular community inspections and ensure upkeep.
• Ensure market-ready apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Handle on-call emergencies as required.
• Monitor mechanical equipment and maintain maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager on budget control and insurance verifications.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and standards.
