Job summary

MAA is seeking a Resident Experience Specialist in San Antonio to support the property management office and promote resident satisfaction and retention. You will manage move-in and move-out experiences, conduct inspections, coordinate service requests, and assist with resident orientations.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, coordinating tours and amenities, and working with on-site teams to uphold MAA’s core values and standards across communities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service and/or administrative support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or leasing experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-walk inspections of units prior to move-in and performs move-in/out inspections.
• Procures and prepares move-in gifts and facilitates move-in orientation.
• Responds to resident questions via phone, online and CRM; reports concerns to on-site management.
• Maintains knowledge of community amenities, features, and operations.
• Coordinates with vendors for package delivery, service requests, pest control and make-ready.
• Leads resident engagement initiatives and manages the community calendar.
• Oversees online reputation and local market knowledge.
