• Yardi systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all resident functions and orient residents to the property; assist with utilities and package delivery reminders.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter with events, services, and ads.
• Handle resident issues including neighbor disputes, maintenance, and requests; prepare incident reports.
• Schedule clubhouse rentals; manage contracts and fees; ensure guest suites are rental-ready; provide amenities.
• Process work orders for maintenance; track completion with residents; prepare weekly reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness; alert maintenance as needed.
