The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, issue resolution, and proactive daily rounds to ensure amenities are stocked and maintained. A strong office background and CRM familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family or hospitality operations is required.
• Office experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Ability to handle conflict effectively is important.
• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication are expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-ins with scheduled orientations and check-ins within seven days to ensure satisfaction.
• Process move-in documents into OneSite and manage pending tasks.
• Guide walk-in traffic, respond to resident concerns with timely communications, and use CRM for service requests.
• Inspect move-in apartments and amenities to ensure standards are met and issues are addressed promptly.
• Greet visitors, prepare reports, and support the Resident Services Manager and Community Director as needed.
