Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Los Angeles to deliver excellent service to prospective and current tenants and on-site staff. You will leverage property knowledge to support resident activities and foster a quality living experience for all residents.

Requirements include 1-2 years of Resident Services experience (hospitality welcome) and proficiency with Yardi. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 9am–6pm, at 260-unit property; pay range $24–$28/hr with potential bonuses and onsite

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Resident Service experience required.
• Hospitality background considered an asset.
• Proficiency using Yardi software is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective customer service to prospective tenants, current tenants and property staff using in-depth knowledge of the property.
• Assist property staff with planning and implementing resident activities to promote a high-quality living experience.
