Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. Regular onsite attendance is required, and you will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases.

You will handle leasing paperwork, market surveys, and customer service, maintain data accuracy, and support retention programs while upholding Fair Housing laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing paperwork before move-in and maintain model units.
• Respond to prospect leads within 24 hours and support marketing plans to increase traffic.
