Responsibilities include managing resident files, retention programs, and processing service requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, property management or related field.
• Experience with computers and common office software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries and requests.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with the property management team.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Inspect model and vacant homes for touring readiness as needed.
• Administer move‑in lease documents and home inspections.
• Coordinate notices to vacate, pre‑inspections, and final inspections.
• Monitor rental balances and ensure accurate fees and charges in YARDI.
• Support curb appeal and overall appearance of office, amenities, and community.
• Follow up with residents to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Drive as needed to conduct company business.
