Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related field preferred.
• 2 years' property leasing experience or related skills required.
• 1–3 years' experience managing others preferred.
• Experience with YARDI is preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with military community and command.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises Community Supervisors, Leasing Specialists and Resident Service Specialists.
• Monitors accounts receivable, collects rent, posts rent and maintains rent rolls.
• Coordinates move-ins/outs and lease renewals; processes evictions and notices.
• Generates financial and leasing reports including month-end close and market surveys.
• Audits records and coordinates with AP for vendor payments; processes invoices.
