Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests with the property management team and to uphold the community’s appearance and standards.

You will provide exceptional customer service, manage files, support marketing functions, and assist the Community Director/Manager. The role requires driving for the company and handling duties in all weather to show properties and assist residents.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to show houses in various weather conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
• Experience with computers and common office software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all resident inquiries.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with the management team.
• Resolve resident concerns with courteous, prompt responses to inquiries.
• Assist with model/home tours and move-in inspections as needed.
• Monitor rental account balances and ensure accurate charges.
• Maintain community curb appeal and office/amenities appearance.
