Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and able to pass health/safety clearances.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a busy environment.
• Proficient with basic computer systems (word processing, email, databases).

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Provide information, handle inquiries, and assist with requests.
• Coordinate appointments, transportation, and services for residents.
• Maintain knowledge of amenities and communicate it to residents and guests.
• Assist with administrative tasks: correspondence, records, scheduling.
• Keep the concierge desk organized and stocked.
• Collaborate with staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor safety and report incidents to appropriate personnel.
